As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the comfort of their own homes in the Launceston and Davenport regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide personalised care and assistance tailored to the unique needs of each Service User.
Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, community access, including transport and assistance with shopping.
Some domestic Assistance, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting may be included.
Foster a warm and trusting environment that promotes independence and dignity.
**What you bring**
* Certificate III Home and Community Care or equivalent (minimum)
* Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.
* Trustworthy and reliable with a vehicle
* Flexible, friendly and polite.
Mandatory
* NDIS Worker Screen
* Working with Children's check
* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
* Driver's licence, reliable vehicle and insurance
* Mobile phone
