Customer Service Representative
This role is a crucial part of our team, providing exceptional customer experiences from the moment customers enter our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
* First Impressions Count: Greet all customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner, setting the tone for an enjoyable experience.
* Phone Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless communication.
* Customer Support: Assist customers with general enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
* Follow-up Calls: Make outbound customer follow-up calls to Sales and Service departments, fostering strong relationships and meeting customer needs.
* Record Keeping: Record customer feedback into the customer database, enabling us to track customer interactions and improve services.
* Showroom Presentation: Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation in line with brand expectations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
* Administrative Support: Assist the Sales and Service teams with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and appointment coordination.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration (automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and phone manner skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and professional presentation skills, ensuring accuracy and quality in all interactions
* Technical Ability: Confident using computer systems and learning new software; ERA experience would be considered an advantage
