As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.What will you do?Lead, mentor, and manage the - Oversee brand creative and studio output, ensuring alignment to brand strategy and high production standards.
Develop, refine, and champion the brand strategy to drive awareness, trust, and preference.
Ensure brand guidelines are maintained and evolve as needed to support business growth.
Manage brand architecture and positioning across products, services, and communications Foster a collaborative, innovative, and member-focused team culture.
Partner with internal teams (digital, content, member experience, product, and health care leadership).
Support internal brand education, employee engagement initiatives, and HR and D&I projects.
Represent marketing in cross-functional projects, providing brand and member programs insights.
Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance brand strategy and marketing tactics.
What do you need?Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8+ years' experience in brand management, ideally within health insurance, financial services, healthcare, or services marketing.
Proven success leading brand and marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated experience managing creative outputs and cross-functional teams Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online & offline activities Deep understanding of brand strategy, creative production, and member engagement.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making ability.
