The Role:
You will be responsible for end-to-end sales support, ensuring all campaigns run seamlessly from pre-listing through to settlement and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing sales documentation and ensuring all compliance procedures are met
* Coordinating and attending professional photography, styling and marketing appointments
* Designing and preparing marketing materials and open home packs
* Managing the full setup and maintenance of property listings
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, trades and third-party providers
* Coordinating trades for property preparation
* Organising settlement gifts for vendors and purchasers
* Managing diaries, databases and social media marketing
* Preparing pre-listing kits and proposals to secure new business
* Managing auction preparation, pre-registrations and contract exchanges
* Coordinating pre-settlement inspections, valuations and building/pest reports
* Providing regular vendor reporting throughout campaigns
* Delivering exceptional client care across pre-sale, in-sale and post-sale stages
About You
* Proven experience as a Real Estate Executive Assistant (essential)
* Holds a Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional and polished presentation
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
* Proactive, reliable and team-oriented
