Support Technician

Are you fresh out of uni and excited to start your career? MAIT Industries, a leader in irrigation and environmental technology, is looking for a friendly and motivated Support Technician to join our awesome team.
No experience? No worries! We'll teach you everything you need to know about supporting our smart irrigation systems—both software and hardware. You'll help our customers and agents with troubleshooting, repairs, and system setups while learning valuable skills like soldering and circuit board repair.
You'll be part of a supportive team that's passionate about water efficiency and technology, and you'll get plenty of hands‐on training to grow your skills.
What you'll do:
* Help customers and agents solve issues over the phone and email in a friendly, skilled way
* Keep track of support calls and updates in our CRM system
* Assist with installing and troubleshooting irrigation equipment
* Learn to diagnose and fix circuit boards
* Help update straightforward technical documents
What we're looking for:
* Recent graduate with Certificate III in Electronics or similar (or equivalent experience)
* Excellent communicator who's eager to learn and grow
* Interested in hands‐on work like soldering and repairs
* Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office
* Able to manage your time and tasks independently
