Outside Sales & Business Development Candidacy Program – B2B
POSITION DESCRIPTION
NCH Australia is seeking a competitive, confident, and self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our growth-oriented Business Development Candidacy Program within the ChemAqua FE Division.
Initially, this role will function as an Outside B2B Sales Representative, selling a variety of water treatment, wastewater, and scenting solutions to new and existing customers within commercial and institutional settings. In this business-to-business sales role, you will focus on prospecting, business development, and building long-term customer partnerships using a variety of networking methods.
After developing their own territory and successfully completing the program, the individual will transition into a Sales Management position, focused on the growth, development, and retention of Outside B2B Sales Representatives across Australia.

REQUIREMENTS
* Outgoing and motivated personality
* Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and coachable attitude
* History of personal, professional, and organizational stability
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
* Sales experience is not essential to be successful in this role
* Valid full Driver's License and reliable transportation required
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Basic computer skills and internet access
