As a key account support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless reconciliation of national accounts by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with accounts receivable & account managers to reconcile national accounts efficiently
* Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of customers' administration systems and processes to proactively resolve issues and enhance customer experience
* Cultivate strong relationships with CSR team members, fostering continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for excellence
* Manage customers' claims efficiently and effectively, prioritizing timely resolution and customer satisfaction
* Take ownership of service, quality, and pricing complaints, ensuring swift action and resolution in partnership with state customer service team members
* Support select customer service activities, including assisting with EDI orders and carrying out administrative tasks assigned by the national accounts support team leader
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve issues and streamline customer service operations.
