About the role:
The HR Consultant is a trusted advisor, working in partnership with various client groups to develop plans and initiatives that align with and support the organisation's priorities and people.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with various client groups, managing and driving people and culture initiatives in line with the business strategy:
Providing guidance, support, and advice on a broad range of HR matters including performance management, enterprise agreements, talent management, engagement and change initiatives.:
Supporting the development and implementation of P&C; projects and initiatives:
Working effectively with key external stakeholders such as unions to influence positive outcomes for our people
About you:
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in business partnering and delivering HR initiatives:
Experience supporting organisational change, performance management and engagement activities:
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills:
Demonstrated ability to influence people leaders:
Experience within a large complex environment
