The Opportunity
We are looking to hire a Manager to drive digital transformation across all parts of the firm. You will take a lead role in designing and embedding digital solutions to drive value and business outcomes, improve productivity, create efficiencies, and enhance the employee and client experience.
You will collaborate with colleagues across legal, consulting, and business services to:
* identify opportunities for digital transformation, especially in legal delivery, and design and deliver those solutions, services or capabilities;
* stay abreast of the evolving capabilities of the digital solutions in the firm/market to further drive transformation and support strategic digital decision making; and
* support Digital Culture and Enablement initiatives across the firm to empower everyone to think and act more digitally.
To succeed, you will require:
* a minimum of 3 years' experience as a practising lawyer;
* proven digital legal transformation experience capability gained in a professional services environment or in-house, including managing transformation team members;
* hands-on experience of legal technology tools and enthusiasm and excitement for legal innovation, digital transformation and continual learning;
* strong communication, facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills;
* a passion for getting your hands dirty, training others, and working proactively in a fast-paced, constantly adapting environment;
* the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders with legal/non-legal backgrounds, bringing together the knowledge, expertise and skillsets of multiple professionals to achieve outcomes and drive more collaborative ways of working.
