We're on the hunt for an experienced Leading Hand to help drive performance and efficiency on the factory floor in Tullamarine.
Monday-Friday 7am–3:06pm.
Full time permanent role $75k + super.
About the Role
Lead, coach, and support a team of production workers and conduct training for new and existing staff
Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and deadlines
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to optimise production
What You Need
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent beneficial but not mandatory
