The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Possessing a Deep Understanding Of AWS Products And Services, as a Delivery Consultant you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective modernization strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
* Lead database modernization initiatives, from assessment through implementation.
* Architect modern, cloud‐native solutions using containers, microservices, and serverless technologies.
* Design and implement database migration strategies and optimization solutions.
* Enable customers' DevOps transformation through modern CI/CD practices.
Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
* 3+ years of cloud‐based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience.
* Experience working in a customer‐facing role.
Preferred Qualifications
* AWS Professional level certification.
* Experience delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.
Security Clearance
Must hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.
