About You
* Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
* Registered with ASORC, AHPRA or ESSA
* Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
The Role
As a Rehab Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury
* Support clients with empathy, listen deeply, guide them through life-changing transitions
* Conduct meaningful assessments - focus on what matters most
* Build strong connections with health professionals, employers, insurers, and more to create solutions that truly help
* Spot barriers, design tailored Return to Work plans that build resilience and confidence
* Visit workplaces, understand the challenges, advocate for safer, more inclusive environments
