Transformative Communications Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Communications Senior Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in protecting and promoting our brand and reputation through the development and execution of strategic communications programs.
This includes leading media relations, stakeholder engagement, issues and crisis management, and content creation and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute proactive media strategies aligned with our business priorities and campaigns.
• Serve as a primary media contact, managing relationships with key journalists and outlets to maximise positive exposure.
• Provide media training and briefing support to senior leaders and spokespeople.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, industry bodies, and community partners.
• Lead the Communications Response Team (CRT) during crisis events, coordinating with the First Response Team (FRT) to deliver timely and accurate communications.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in senior communications roles, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success in media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and analytics.
