**The Position**
Our client is looking for someone who is eager to build relationships and manage them. Your key responsibilities in the role of Property Manager include:
- Managing a tidy portfolio of residential properties
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Arrears management
- Prepare for and attend tribunal representing the landlord
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
**The Person**
- Previous property management experience required - 2+ years experience!
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First class communication skills
- Impeccable presentation
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's Licence with reliable vehicle
