Standalone Position

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-known and respected FMCG business, whose operations are key to the success of many internationally known retail brands. They pride themselves on the highest standards when it comes to customer satisfaction, company/workplace culture and a common workplace goal. This role is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, located in Hawthorn.
Reporting to the Company Director, the main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work solely to complete all areas of the customer cycle including sales order data entry.
- Maintain and update customer data and update them promptly on delivery times.
- Internal liaison with logistics, warehouse, sales, and finance staff.
- Issuing credits, refunds and dealing with customer complaints.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
