Key Responsibilities: Establish and oversee comprehensive credit risk management frameworks to manage the company's real estate investments. Analyse and assess the creditworthiness of potential investments, clients, and counterparties using data-driven methods and tools. Monitor real estate portfolio performance and provide actionable insights on emerging risks to senior management. Partner with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, financial modelling, origination, legal) to structure transactions aligned with corporate risk appetite. Design and implement metrics, models, and reporting frameworks for continuous assessment of credit risk. Deliver detailed presentations and reports to leadership on portfolio performance, risk exposure, and market trends. Stay ahead of industry best practices around credit risk management and regulatory compliance. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM preferred). Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in credit risk management, preferably within the real estate sector. A strong command of credit analysis tools, modelling, and methodologies for evaluating complex real estate portfolios.
