About the Role
As an Agricultural Turf Machinery Sales Representative, you will develop long‐term partnerships with customers by anticipating their needs and providing win‐win solutions. You will be responsible for selling both small and large agricultural equipment and will focus on company profit margins while maintaining the current customer base.
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new business opportunities while retaining existing customers.
- Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers.
- Attend applicable sales training events and seminars.
- Keep informed on competitor activity within the region.
- Lead the sales effort for the full line of recent and used John Deere Agricultural Turf Equipment in your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, ideally in the machinery industry.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with CRM sales software systems.
- Exceptional customer‐service skills.
- Ability to seek sales opportunities.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
