About the Position
Functional reporting to the Doctor Trainer/Applications Specialist, you will join an innovative and dynamic team committed to contributing to the strategic growth of PRP. This position involves connecting with a wide variety of stakeholders and working closely with doctors and clinical teams to provide knowledgeable advice and guidance across multiple clinical applications, helping them navigate the challenges associated with high reporting volumes and evolving workflows.
This position requires a high degree of self-motivation and a willingness to upskill across software applications and supporting IT infrastructure. Your motivation and self-direction to continuously learn and improve doctor and clinical workflows will be crucial to maintaining PRP's reputation as a leader in radiology recruitment and retention of skilled, engaged reporting doctors.
This position offers strong exposure to clinical systems, reporting platforms, and emerging workflow solutions.

You are confident, approachable, and comfortable training and supporting doctors, as well as working alongside clinical teams, as they develop new skills and workflows. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn new systems and software solutions. You have clear communication skills and are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with doctors, clinical teams, applications specialists, and IT teams.
You must be willing to travel to PRP practices on a regular basis and are comfortable acting as a trusted point of contact for doctors and clinical teams during onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
