Key Responsibilities
Create and manage templates, registers, and project documentation libraries
Develop site and project portals using SharePoint
Support project performance tracking through Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Align systems and documentation with ISO 9001 standards and PMBOK methodology
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure documentation supports delivery needs
Maintain and improve project support tools related to logistics, safety, and site readiness
Ideal Profile
Experience working within engineering, construction, or project delivery environments
Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
Comfortable managing structured documents such as SWMS, ITPs, registers, and schedules
Familiarity with quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Organised, methodical, and proactive—able to bring structure to fast-paced teams
Clear communicator, especially in written form, and confident liaising across departments
