About the role:
In this role, you will work between our workshop at our Darra location and client in-home visits with a provided company vehicle to repair and maintain our range of mobility products, you will schedule incoming work combined with field service, while you manage the administrative side and all aspects of the workshop. You will be with a small, friendly team in this busy environment, and a good understanding of workplace, health and safety.
Skills required:
Positive, friendly and confident communicator
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and time management
Experience in basic repairs on mobility scooters
Mechanical experience
Proactive and able to work autonomously
Willing to get in and get your hands dirty
A self-starter with a hands-on approach
