Danone is seeking a technically skilled and forward-thinking Digital Platform Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Media, you will be the subject matter expert and custodian of key digital platforms such as our Web Experience Platform, E-commerce Engine, and Marketing Automation Suite.

Responsibilities
* Platform Management & Governance – Act as the technical owner of designated digital platforms, ensuring performance, uptime, security, user support, and alignment with global standards.
* Technical Solutioning & Collaboration – Lead technical design and feasibility assessments, translating business briefs into scalable solutions and overseeing secure platform changes and integrations.
* Platform Strategy & Roadmap – Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap, track tech trends, and build business cases for platform upgrades and innovations.
* Optimisation & Continuous Improvement – Analyse usage data, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage release cycles to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as the key liaison between local business teams, global IT, and external vendors.
About you
You are a technically proficient digital professional with 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level platforms. You bring deep expertise, a strategic mindset, and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
Ideally, you will have
* Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
* Experience in large, matrixed or global corporate environments
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
* Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills
* Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies
* A meticulous approach to governance, configuration, and testing
