* Key Responsibilities:

1. Servicing of vacant and occupied rooms to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization;
2. Completing allocated tasks within the designated timeframes to maintain productivity and efficiency;
3. Reporting any maintenance or security issues to the supervisor or Executive Housekeeper for prompt attention;
4. Engaging with guests in a friendly and courteous manner to enhance their overall experience;
5. Collecting and returning any guest property left in vacated rooms in a timely and secure manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is highly desirable.
