We're looking for a Marketing Analyst who's skilled with performance data, loves connecting dots across channels, and wants to make a real impact across two fast-growing businesses: BIG and one of our key clients in the Telco space.
You'll be based in their Haymarket office, reporting to the Marketing Manager, ingrained in their marketing and sales team, while still deeply connected to BIG.

What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to person bringing clarity to marketing performance across the board. Early on, your core focus will be:
* Pulling all marketing + sales data into a single source of truth
* (think Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, direct mail, email, OOH and every customer touch point in between)
* Building dashboards from scratch
* Making sure our marketing data in the platforms connects with our sales data in Salesforce
* Helping make sense of the customer journey end-to-end
* Understand customer insights and support customer segmentation
What you bring
* Strong experience in performance marketing, ideally starting your career in search
* Excellent attention to detail (you notice the stuff others miss)
* Solid understanding of major social & digital platforms:
* Meta
* TikTok
* LinkedIn
* Display, EDMs, DM, outdoor, traditional, digital… the full mix
* Agency experience is a huge plus
* Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus — but you'll get to help build it out from scratch, so no stress if you're new to it
