Job Description
The Sales Team Lead will lead an established, geographically diverse sales team and be responsible for building strong customer relationships with existing customers.
* Developing and implementing a clear sales strategy and ongoing support to delivery
* Managing the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle to retain and facilitate growth
* Identifying new opportunities within the wholesale fuel business products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a senior sales professional with experience in effective team leadership, proven commercial acumen, and a background working within fuel or the wider agricultural/primary producer sectors.
* Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams
* Strong commercial skills with the ability to solve complex problems
