Job Title: Regional Performance
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Regional Performance and Operational Specialist.
1. This position focuses on operational excellence by supporting Area Managers, mentoring teams, and enhancing performance across multiple sites.
Candidates should possess relevant leadership experience in Employment Services, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role. A VET Diploma or equivalent is also required.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
In addition to their technical expertise, candidates should demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with performance bonuses and additional leave after 3 years of service.
