About the Role

As a Kitchen Hand, you will:
- Prepare Miss Maud gourmet sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, and catering platters.
- Assist in setting up the kitchen for the lunchtime rush.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure food safety.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Adhere to recipes and instructions with attention to detail.
About You
We look for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Has previous experience in a café, kitchen, food service, or catering role (preferred but not essential).
- Is flexible to work during shopping centre hours, including weekends.
- Has physical fitness for tasks that may involve standing, lifting, and moving quickly.
