Key Responsibilities
Lead design and architecture of Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online
Deliver tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to cloud, and hybrid migrations
Design and implement identity management solutions (Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO)
Architect Intune and Autopilot for modern device management and zero-touch deployments
Provide expertise in Microsoft networking and security (Secure Score, Defender, network connectivity)
Lead technical workshops, produce solution designs, and guide implementation teams
Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
Stay ahead of Microsoft roadmap developments and emerging best practices
About You
5+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and delivery
Deep technical expertise across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Proven experience delivering identity design and migration projects
Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access
Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers
Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
Highly Regarded
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, AZ-104)
Experience in MSP or professional services environments
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender suite and Zero Trust principles
