Clinical Nurse Educator
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic clinical education team. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be working across three Canberra locations and Queanbeyan, playing a key part in achieving clinical education outcomes for our dedicated staff. You will develop and deliver engaging educational programs, travel between locations to support our teams, and use your creativity to design and implement effective clinical learning strategies.
You will also support and guide career pathway programs to help our staff grow and succeed. We are committed to creating a culture of kindness, compassion, and understanding that can be passed down to future generations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
* Hold or working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and quality improvement initiatives
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coach, mentor, and support staff
* Experience in ensuring compliance to aged care standards and regulations
* Excellent time management, organisational skills, and prioritisation in order to complete tasks with competing deadlines
