We're currently looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our Launceston Tool Kit Depot, in a hybrid role that combines warehouse operations with shop floor customer support.
About the role
This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same. You'll spend the majority of your time in the warehouse, while also assisting on the shop floor to support our customers and wider team.
Responsibilities
* Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming stock
* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Operating a forklift to move and manage stock safely
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Supporting the shop floor during busy periods by assisting customers and team members
What you will need
* Current forklift licence (essential)
* Previous picking and packing experience (essential)
* Receiving and dispatch experience
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, physical environment
* Willingness to work weekends as required
* A positive, team‐focused attitude with a customer‐first mindset
* Trade or tool knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
