Volunteer Café Assistant
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to join our café team! As a Volunteer Café Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers while helping the café run smoothly in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
* Serving customers at the till and assisting with orders
* Preparing tea and coffee, including operating a coffee machine (training provided)
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented café space
* Clearing tables, washing up, and keeping service areas tidy
What We're Looking For
* A willingness to work in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A helpful, reliable, and team‐oriented approach
* An interest in learning café skills and hospitality experience
No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‐on experience, develop customer service skills, and be part of a friendly, supportive team.
