ROLE SNAPSHOT Newly created IT Support Analyst position responsible for level 1 technical support & troubleshooting for the company's in-house developed CRM solution internal users' desktop hardware/software issues. Working closely with the in-house Development & Infrastructure teams, you'll support both internal users and occasionally external customers. Full time in office role. Responsibilities include: Primary responsibility is to provide 1st line IT helpdesk support for IT issues & service requests for both internal and external users. CRM System Support - for the in-house developed CRM system Testing & Release Support - assist with UAT and post-release monitoring Desktop Hardware/Software Support - Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows 11, workstation/laptop set up/support Endpoint Security & Vulnerability Remediation - basic remediation activities, applying patches, support endpoint protection & security monitoring, follow access & device management policies, escalate security incidents etc. Mange tickets through the ticketing system. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / BACKGROUND / QUALITIES: Suitable for an aspiring IT Support professional with proven technical IT Customer Support experience triaging, troubleshoot and resolving software and/or hardware related issues. The following is required: 12-24 months IT Support experience - triage & troubleshooting software and/or hardware related issues. Strengths in communication - strong comprehension capable of translating technical concepts into a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Strong customer service abilities - focus on 'the customer' and who can confidently and professionally interact with staff at all levels in a business. Motivated and smart who is not afraid to ask questions to build understanding. Friendly and approachable personality who loves interacting with and helping users. Able to operate in a flat team structure and be flexible/adaptable. Comfortable being full time in the office.
