Casual Social Media Coordinator
We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join the Henry Bucks team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll help bring our brand to life online by creating engaging content, supporting our creative team, and connecting with our community across multiple platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll play an important part in shaping the way our audience experiences the Henry Bucks brand. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Creating and scheduling content for our social channels—Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
2. Assisting our creative team during content shoots, including prep, on-site support, and post-shoot tasks.
3. Producing high-quality social videos, graphics, and other multimedia content that reflect our brand.
4. Planning and maintaining content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
5. Publishing and monitoring content, including responding to messages and comments when needed.
6. Keeping an eye on trends, topics, and competitor activity to help inspire and inform our content.
7. Supporting the planning and execution of organic social campaigns and promotions.
8. Tracking performance metrics—such as reach, engagement, and conversions—and reporting insights to the team.
9. Representing the Henry Bucks brand across social media, including speaking about our products, fabrics, heritage, and craftsmanship in an authentic and brand-aligned way.
10. Assisting with additional social or marketing-related tasks when required.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience creating engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and graphics
* Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
* Hands-on experience using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
* Currently studying or recently completed studies in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Experience in menswear highly regarded but not essential
