The Opportunity
You will work across all phases of development, from concept feasibility, consultant selection, and DA approvals, through to construction delivery and handover.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with the Director and internal stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of commercially successful and architecturally refined developments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing consultants, builder engagement, and delivery partners
* Overseeing design development and project planning
* Supporting financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and reporting
* Driving contract negotiation, procurement, and stakeholder coordination
* Monitoring budgets, timelines, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
* Providing input on acquisitions and new site opportunities (as experience grows)
About You
This role would suit someone with experience delivering high-end commercial or residential projects, either on the client side or with a tier 1 or tier 2 builder, and who is now looking for more strategic exposure and influence. You are confident, capable, and bring a mix of technical know-how, commercial awareness, and emotional intelligence. You are excited by the idea of working closely with a hands-on, high-performing Director in a boutique and professional environment.
You will bring:
* 4+ years' experience in Project Management (client-side or builder background welcome)
* Strong understanding of construction methodology, design coordination, and stakeholder engagement
* Interest or experience in feasibility, project finance, and broader development lifecycle
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* A passion for high-quality built form and a desire to contribute to Adelaide's urban identity
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, or Project Management
