As a Web Designer, you will manage the entire lifecycle of website and digital projects. Your responsibilities will include defining technical and creative requirements, recommending suitable platforms, leading UX/UI design, and overseeing development from concept to launch and ongoing optimisation. Task & Responsibilities
* Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to clarify project objectives and any design limitations.
* Conducting research and analysing communication requirements to guide the design approach.
* Developing and refining design concepts that effectively convey the intended message.
* Creating sketches, layouts, diagrams, and illustrations to clearly present proposed ideas.
* Working with management, sales teams, and production staff to finalise and negotiate design solutions.
* Recommending and selecting suitable materials, media, and formats for publication, display, or digital delivery.
* Documenting and detailing approved designs to support smooth production processes.
* Overseeing or directly handling production tasks across the chosen media.
* Archiving design files and project materials for future client use when required.
Qualification & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Digital Media, Digital Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a Web Designer, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
