Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This vital role is responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, pool maintenance, and general maintenance tasks across the Resort.
About the role:
* Undertake general repairs and maintenance across the property and facilities
* Perform pool maintenance to ensure safe and compliant operation
* Provide induction and supervision of external contractors
* Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property
* Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules
* Support the wider team to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
* Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience
* Experience or willingness to undertake pool maintenance duties
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A passion for delivering high standards of presentation and safety
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required
