Appointment Setter Job Opportunity
About the Role:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and booking appointments for our Franchise Sales Managers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify leads by engaging with inbound franchise inquiries from around the world
* Book video or in-person meetings for Franchise Sales Managers to present the franchise opportunity to qualified leads
* Build rapport with prospective franchise partners by understanding their entrepreneurial goals and motivations
* Update and maintain lead information, conversations, and appointments within our CRM system
* Collaborate with our global Franchise Sales Managers and executive team to optimise the recruitment process and create a standout prospect experience
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at different stages of the sales pipeline
* Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
