Surry Hills 3-month contract (with possible extension) SCHADS Level 3
We are seeking a tech-savvy HR Administrator to join our client on a short-term contract for an initial 3 month period.
This role is a great opportunity for a new graduate or early career HR professional to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions in a supportive environment.
What youll be doing :
Keeping employee files and records up to date and organised
Coordinating onboarding processes and managing documentation
Assisting with recruitment coordination alongside the P&C Manager
Supporting HR compliance and ensuring processes are followed
Working closely with IT P&C and the wider business to support the implementation of Employment Hero
What were looking for :
HR qualifications or progress towards them (ideal for a recent graduate)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Tech-savvy with the confidence to learn and work across new systems
A proactive can-do attitude with the ability to pick things up quickly
