What You'll Do
* Lead and deliver diverse urban development projects across sectors.
* Drive client engagement and contribute to business growth.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performance culture.
* Navigate planning frameworks and deliver strategic, future-focused outcomes.
Qualifications
* A degree in Planning or a related field.
* 5–8 years of experience in urban planning (consulting or government).
* Strong knowledge of the Victorian planning system.
* Excellent communication, project management, and writing skills.
* A passion for shaping better places and delivering real-world impact.
* Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (a plus).
