Job Opportunity: Condition Assessor
We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting condition assessments on a wide range of assets, including health centers, schools, police stations, national park infrastructure, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel across the Northern Territory to complete condition assessments, visiting iconic locations such as Uluru, Kings Canyon, Kakadu, Mataranka, Nitmiluk, Arnhem Land, and more.
* Identify building service elements, including HVAC, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
* Pinpoint safety issues to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of local communities.
Requirements:

* Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Initiative, ownership, and flexible mindset.
* Experience in construction asset management or remote work is an advantage.
