You’ll be stepping into a key leadership role where your operational expertise, commercial acumen and people‑first mindset will shape the next phase of our growth. Your Role Will Include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch – ensuring smooth operations across service, parts, workshop, and rental fleet
- Leading and mentoring a close-knit team – building capability, culture, and a shared commitment to success
- Developing and executing strategic service models to drive growth and client satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with customers and securing long‑term partnerships
- Managing budgets, analysing P&Ls; and ensuring financial targets are met
- Collaborating across departments to align goals and enhance operational performance
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading branch or operational functions in the lifting, capital equipment, automotive or industrial sectors
- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire, engage and grow your teamSolid background in workshop and service operations
- Sound commercial understanding – budgeting, cost control and financial performance
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer‑first attitude
