Job Opportunity: Case Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage cases at various stages, working under guidance to progress and resolve administrative appeals tribunals.
The ideal candidate will have a background in one of the following areas: complaints handling, legal, insurance claims management, case management, disability, or ex-NDIA personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 40-50 cases at various stages
* Work under guidance to progress and resolve administrative appeals tribunals
* Analyze available information against legislative criteria and policies to determine the most suitable way to conduct proceedings on behalf of the government body
* Prepare briefs for lawyers, deal with participants directly or their family/representative, and work with multiple internal teams
* Make recommendations on risk minimization
Requirements:
* Background in one of the following areas: complaints handling, legal, insurance claims management, case management, disability, or ex-NDIA personnel
* Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
