Piling Supervisor – Renewables Projects
Location: Queensland

I'm currently working with a well-established civil contractor delivering major renewable energy projects across Queensland.
With a strong pipeline of work secured, they're looking to bring on experienced Piling Supervisors to oversee piling and foundation works on large-scale solar, wind and energy infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to join a growing business with long-term project security, strong leadership and a genuine focus on safety and quality delivery.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day piling operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing piling and foundation activities across renewable energy projects
* Supervising site crews, operators and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and project standards
* Coordinating plant, materials and site logistics
* Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
* Liaising with engineers, project managers and client representatives
About You
* Previous experience as a Piling Supervisor or Senior Operator
* Strong background in driven, bored, CFA or screw piling operations
* Experience delivering renewable energy projects (solar farms, wind farms, BESS or major energy infrastructure)
* Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and earthworks
* Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
* Construction White Card
* Current Driver's Licence
