**About Community Rehabilitation**
The Monash Health Community Rehabilitation service actively engages with people to improve and maintain health, independence and well-being. We do this by coordinating and/or providing integrated, multidisciplinary care across multiple settings within the local community. Our aim is to help clients live their best lives by enabling them to access the support they need, when they need it. Community Rehabilitation services may include therapy at home, at one of our centres and/or tele-rehabilitation consultations. We offer group and individual rehabilitation to adults in the community setting. The service is time-limited, goal-focused and tailored to each person.

**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the Kingston Community Rehabilitation service. This position is being advertised on a permanent basis, and is available up to full time (76 hours/fortnight) with the opportunity for flexible working hours for part timers (during the service's Monday to Friday operating hours).
The Administration Officer is responsible for working within the Community Rehabilitation program to provide best practice client care and achieve maximal operational effectiveness. Drawing upon professional expertise in healthcare administration, the Community Rehabilitation Administration Officer provides direct administrative support to the Community Rehabilitation manager and interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of timely client-centred care. This position is responsible for administrative duties, data entry, secretarial and customer service duties for the Community Rehabilitation team and program. The Community Rehabilitation Administration Officer participates in process and quality improvement activities within the team and larger Community Rehabilitation network.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated productivity including initiative, good problem solving, judgement, attention to detail, and managing multiple demands

**What you need**:
- Minimum Certificate III Business Administration (preferred) or equivalent training OR
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Victorian Police Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Well-developed interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills within a broad range of administration and organisational interactions
- Experience using iPM, HMS, Harrison and SMR (desirable)
