Job Opportunity: Registered Midwife
The NT Remote Locum Program is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led initiative that strengthens healthcare services in remote Northern Territory communities.
We are seeking a skilled Registered Midwife/RN to provide treatment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote NT communities. This locum-based role offers short-term placements where you will work on-site in remote clinics, delivering culturally safe and high-quality care in collaboration with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Evidence of unrestricted registration as a registered nurse and registered midwife with AHPRA.
* Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate experience in midwifery.
* Minimum of 2 years Postgraduate experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum of 250 hours of relevant clinical experience within the past 12 months.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* Current recognised Immunisation certificate.
* Current Northern Territory Working with Children's Card (or willing to obtain).
