About the Role
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey and a key contributor to our branch performance. You'll combine outstanding service with confident sales conversations, helping customers get the most value from their rental while driving strong commercial results for the business.
You'll bring energy, empathy and a solutions‐first mindset to every interaction — identifying customer needs, recommending the right products, and turning everyday rentals into premium experiences.
Your day‐to‐day will include:
* Delivering premium, friendly customer service that builds trust and loyalty
* Proactively selling rental upgrades, protection products and add‐ons at the counter to meet customer needs and maximise revenue
* Confidently explaining products, benefits and value in a clear, customer‐focused way
* Seamlessly managing rental agreements from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency
* Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
* Cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest presentation standards
* Supporting vehicle pick‐up and delivery when required
* Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming branch environment
* Assisting with admin and operational tasks to support daily targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:
* Clear, confident communication skills with a strong customer focus
* A genuine passion for sales and the ability to convert opportunities into results
* A proactive, can‐do approach — especially under pressure
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
* A full, unrestricted driver's licence
* Solid computer skills
* Full Australian working rights
* Flexibility to work across a 7‐day rotating roster (including weekends)
