Inventory Controller – Full Time | NSW Central Coast

We're on the hunt for a reliable and detail-driven Inventory Controller to support our growing operations. This is a key role ensuring our warehouse, purchasing, and production schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing:
Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate stock levels
* Run regular stocktakes and resolve any discrepancies
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth stock flow
Procurement
* Source and liaise with suppliers for materials and services
* Create purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Production Scheduling
* Plan and adjust production based on demand and stock
* Work with the production team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines
Documentation & Reporting
* Keep clear records of stock, orders, and production
* Prepare reports on inventory levels and purchasing costs
* Assist with data entry and admin tasks
Shipping & Receiving
* Manage all inbound and outbound goods
* Coordinate with sales and accounts for smooth delivery workflows
* Track shipments, book freight, and organize stock placement
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in inventory control, purchasing, or production planning
* Background in manufacturing or warehousing
* Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
* Effective communication and team collaboration
* High-level proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
* Knowledge of import/export processes a plus
* Forklift license is helpful but not essential
