About the Role: 
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 
Parts 
Assistant 
to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Dealership. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. 
The position will involve the following: 
Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and accessories enquiries 
Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts 
Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts 
Processing of customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA) 
Assist with stock checking and order processing 
Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service 
The successful candidate will need the following: 
Experience with parts or the automotive industry preferred, or an eagerness to learn 
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills 
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook 
Ability to work well under pressure
