Key Responsibilities
* Perform as a surveyor or survey technician in all facets of surveying, including ALTA Surveys, Construction Staking, Boundary & Retracement Surveys, Aerial Control, LiDAR Verifications, Topographic Survey & Utility Mapping, As-Builts, Buildings & Structures, Acquisition Plats, Easements, Expert Witness, Micrositing, Control Networks, Flood Mapping & Cross Sections, Preliminary D.O.T. Surveys, and Utility Survey and Staking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in land surveying in North America.
* Demonstrated ability to function in two- and one-person survey crews.
* Strong problem-solving skills, efficient work habits, and safe working practices.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain.
* Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment and follow company policies.
Additional Requirements
* Overnight travel required on occasion to meet project and client needs.
