About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager with strong HR capabilities to oversee the smooth operation of their two offices. Acting as the engine room of the business, you will manage systems, structure, and people across both locations—ensuring administrative efficiency, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines office management, people management, and HR responsibilities. You will be responsible for: Oversee daily operations across Warragul & Drouin offices. Lead and support administration, sales, and property management teams. Manage recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and staff support. Maintain systems, compliance processes, and office resources. Ensure listing, sales, and property files meet legislative requirements. Partner with payroll on entitlements, leave, and wage compliance. Coordinate diaries, meetings, events, and sponsorships. Drive training, professional development, and engagement initiatives. Ensure WHS compliance and organise safety training/protocols. Assist the Director with confidential projects including acquisitions and business growth. Key Skills & Competencies: 5 years’ experience in office management, preferably in real estate or property. Strong HR generalist experience including recruitment, ER, and compliance. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office & real estate software preferred but not essential Emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive matters.
