About the Role
As part of our Class Actions and Dispute Resolution teams, you will:
* Work on complex and socially significant class actions across Australia and New Zealand, including matters against Tesla, Johnson & Johnson, BHP Group, Rio Tinto and State and Commonwealth governments.
* Collaborate closely with senior partners and directors, gaining direct mentorship.
* Contribute to strategy, drafting, case management and client engagement.
* Prepare court documents, legal analysis and precedent resources.
* Support team training, internal systems and quality assurance initiatives.
You will be recognised for your contribution and supported to grow technically and professionally in a collaborative and flexible work environment.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a lawyer with:
* 1–3 years' post‑admission experience, ideally in litigation.
* Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
* Attention to detail, analytical rigour and commercial awareness.
* A client‑first mindset focused on client outcomes and a genuine passion for legal and social outcomes.
* The ability to manage competing deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor others.
